Fullstack Developers.  Frontend development in React and backend can be either typescript, python or C#.  He is looking for mid-senior level developers. 

This developers/engineers will be interacting with the stakeholders to build out the current application.  They will be doing a rebuild of buildouts of the current UI.  This will be a ground-up rewrite.  The team is currently lacking some of the front-end experience.  This will be a “soup to nuts”.  

These are skills that Andrew will look for:

1. Mid to Senior level developer – preferably senior
2. Fullstack Developer – Frontend in React (Angular is nice to have) and backend end in Typscript, Python, C# (beneficial)
3. Machine Learning Background (this is a  big data team)
4. Experience doing builds, visualizations, dashboards
5. Help end users with problems
6. Someone who is highly collaborative, loves to learn, shares knowledge transfer, learn from others and teach others
7. This team does a lot of paired programming and some individual work (20%)
